Disclosures

How we are paid

We are a mutual fund distributor (ARN-341337). When you invest in a scheme through us, the asset management company pays us a commission out of the scheme, in line with AMFI and SEBI rules. You do not pay us a separate advisory fee.

Commission rates differ between schemes and categories. That creates a conflict of interest we would rather name than hide: a distributor can be paid more for recommending one fund over another. Our scoring engine sets the allocation from your own financial position before any specific scheme is chosen, which is deliberately the wrong order for maximising commission.

Scheme-level commission

The commission applicable to any scheme we place for you will be disclosed to you before you invest, as required. Ask us at any time and we will put it in writing.

No guaranteed returns

Nothing we publish is a promise of a return. Illustrations of monthly withdrawals or growth are exactly that — illustrations, based on assumptions we will state. Market-linked investments can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you invested.

Grievances

If something goes wrong, tell us first — see contact. If we do not resolve it to your satisfaction, you may escalate to AMFI or to SEBI’s SCORES platform.
